Side lying breathing
In this exercise you will lie on your side with your head supported. knees are bent and your back is rounded.
On the side that is touching the ground, lift your ribs up so that there is space between your ribs and the floor. If this position is too difficult to maintain, you can place a towel under the ribs.
Place your hand on your top ribs with thumbs facing your back.
Inhale, allowing your ribs to expand into your hand, exhale gently follow the ribs in and down.
